Privacy, in plain words.
This development release stores account information, personal messages and uploaded photos to create the experiences you request. The internal name Dear Orbit is provisional. A final commercial privacy policy and legal entity/contact details must be approved before launch.
Your drafts are private.
Only your signed-in account can access drafts. Published experiences use an unlisted link. Anyone possessing that link can open the experience; it is not password protected. There is no public directory, and recipient pages ask search engines not to index them.
Photographs and music.
Photos are decoded, metadata is removed, and full-frame optimized copies are stored in a private media system. The original upload is normalized into a high-quality WebP rather than retained byte for byte. Music supplied by this release is original; no commercial recordings are included.
What we measure.
We count product events such as preview, checkout and completion. Messages, reasons, image URLs and precise geolocation are excluded. Country information selects an initial price; checkout billing country is used for the order. No card details are collected or stored.
You remain in control.
Unpublishing stops access through the shared link. Deleting a creation removes its message content and media. Account deletion is available from My Creations. Copies previously saved by a recipient cannot be withdrawn. Local accounts are stored only on the development computer; configured cloud accounts use Supabase Auth and private Storage.
Retention and launch.
There is no claim of permanent hosting. A commercial retention period, backup deletion window, data request contact and lawful transaction-retention policy remain launch decisions. Do not upload highly sensitive real customer content to an unverified development environment.
